Secretary Gale was the featured speaker at the Enchanted Trail event at the Olson Nature Preserve near Petersburg in central Nebraska. Portraying “Cactus Jack,” Gale discussed Nebraska’s pioneer past and promise of the state’s future. The evening event also featured guided trail walks, a campfire, treats and a sing-along.
