Two honored for exceptional public service

 

Secretary Gale honored two individuals for their exceptional public service in advancing the cause of elections. The two were recognized at a North Platte workshop of the Nebraska Association of County Clerks, Register of Deeds and Election Commissioners. Wayne County Clerk Debra Finn was presented the 2010 Meritorious Service Award for exemplary service in election administration. Finn, a Wayne resident, has been the county’s election administrator for more than 19 years. Judy Jobman, chief deputy secretary of state (left), is pictured with Finn.

Nadine Heath of North Platte received a special citation for her outstanding contributions to election administration statewide and in Lincoln County.
