Secretary Gale was invited by visiting professor Kristine Karnes at the Creighton University Law School to give a lecture to her Business Associations class consisting of 52 second year students. Sec. Gale spoke on the importance of “good standing” for business entities, the standards for protecting trade and corporate names from infringement and the licensing, ethics and rules for notary publics in Nebraska.
