Students celebrate Nebraska Statehood

The Secretary of State's office, Humanities Nebraska & NEBRASKAland Foundation sponsored a birthday party for students in Omaha and across Nebraska. Students were entertained by Cactus Jack, Sodbuster Sam, Deadwood Dave and Julia Jubilee at the Durham Museum on Tuesday, March 12. Additionally, five other schools took part through distance learning. The event was also streamed live on the web.
