Domestic and Foreign Corporation Occupation Tax Reports and Limited Liability Partnership Annual Reports are Now Due.

Limited Liability Company and Nonprofit Corporation Biennial Reports are due in the odd numbered years. The next reporting period is 2015-2016.

2014 is a required reporting year for Domestic and Foreign Business Corporations and Limited Liability Partnerships. If your report is not received by the Secretary of State Business Division by the due date, your company will be administratively dissolved or its authority revoked. To submit an annual/biennial report online follow the instructions and use the links below. Or, request a form for you to mail in.

Your current information on file with the Secretary of State will be displayed to you on the screen. You may change the names and address of the officers and directors, the street address of the principal office or the nature of business on this report. All other changes may be made by filing the appropriate documents, and can be filed online using the Corporate Document eDelivery system.

  1. Changes to the name of the corporation may be accomplished by filing Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation.
  2. Changes to the name and/or address of the agent for service of process must be accomplished by filing a Domestic Change of Registered Agent and/or Office form.

Your current information on file with the Secretary of State will be displayed to you on the screen. You may only change the address of the office in Nebraska (if any) on this report. All other changes may be made by filing an amendment to the partnership’s Statement of Qualification.

If the partnership engages in the practice of law, you must include a Certificate of Registration issued by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
