Short Description:
Relocation Assistance; brings the criteria for Displaced Person into line with the Federal Final Rule of February 3, 2005 which adds and clarifies categories of persons and circumstances who/which do not qualify for relocation assistance and increases the maximum payment for searching for a replacement location. Implements LB167 (2011). Comments are being accepted through August 27, 2012.
